By accessing or using GiGi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use GiGi.

GiGi is an AI-powered personal assistant that operates through WhatsApp. GiGi helps you organize your day, remember important things, manage tasks, notes, contacts, locations, events, and more.

GiGi is provided by Artifia AI Labs LLC, a limited liability company located in Pennsylvania, United States.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use GiGi.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

GiGi is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and associated data immediately.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WhatsApp number and for all activity that occurs through your account.

• GiGi offers a Free Plan and a Premium Plan.
• New users may enjoy a 7-day free trial of the Premium Plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Artifia does not store your full payment details.

You agree to use GiGi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use GiGi for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Send spam, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, copy, or reverse engineer GiGi.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of GiGi.
• Use GiGi to harm, exploit, or harass others.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

GiGi uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. GiGi does not replace professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or other professional services. Always verify important information before making decisions.

You retain all rights to the content you provide to GiGi, including messages, notes, tasks, contacts, and other data. By using GiGi, you grant Artifia a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

GiGi, including its name, logo, design, software, and all related content, are the property of Artifia AI Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

We strive to keep GiGi available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artifia AI Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use GiGi.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support or through the Data Deletion Request page.

We may add, modify, or remove features or functionality at any time. We may also change or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GiGi after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
