You can request the deletion of your personal data stored by GiGi at any time.

We may contact you to verify your identity before we can process your request.

We delete your data
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal or security reasons.

You receive confirmation
We will send you an email confirming that your request has been completed.
What data is deleted
When your request is approved, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your GiGi account:
- Your profile information
- WhatsApp number associated with GiGi
- Notes and tasks
- Reminders
- Saved places
- Saved contacts
- Memories
- Conversation history (as defined in our policy)
What may be retained
We may be required to retain certain information for limited purposes, including:
- Billing and payment records (via Stripe)
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Resolving disputes and enforcing our terms
Important. This request will not cancel your subscription automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
